Private & Small Group Sessions

Private sessions are all about you. Receive the full attention of the instructor and focus on your own personal needs. Get help achieving specific flexibility goals, overcoming your own unique obstacles, and more. Basic nutritional guidance and assistance with bodyweight (gymnastics-inspired) strength training can also be provided.

In general, private sessions are conducted at the instructor’s home, but other arrangements can be made if desired. Any venue rental costs will be the client’s responsibility. Small groups of up to three people can be accommodated at the instructor’s home. Groups larger than three will require the rental of a larger venue.
